The subscription period for Paid Accounts can be month-to-month or annual.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features. To receive a refund from a paid subscription you must (1) request the refund within 14 days of subscribing and (2) be on the annual paid plan (monthly subscriptions are not eligible for a refund).
